
Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Odisha on Monday for a three-day official visit to the state.
She landed at Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar, where she was welcomed by Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and other senior officials.
After arriving, the President proceeded to the Raj Bhavan before travelling to Cuttack later in the day to inaugurate a private university.
On August 4, President Murmu is scheduled to travel from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur by train. From there, she will continue by road to Taptapani Hot Spring in Sanakhemundi block of Ganjam district.
She will stay overnight at the Army Air Defence College, Golabandha, in Ganjam before concluding her visit and returning to New Delhi on August 5.
