Bhubaneswar: Actor, model, and sports presenter Shivanshi Sen is all set to make her debut in the Odia film industry with ‘Guruji Namaskar’, which is scheduled for release on July 10.
Shivanshi began her professional journey as a model and has worked with several prominent national and regional brands across television, print, and digital platforms. Her portfolio includes campaigns for leading brands such as Ola, Berger Paints, Lalchand Jewellers, and Swosti Premium, among others.
Over the years, she has successfully expanded her presence in the entertainment industry, featuring in multiple Hindi web series as a lead actress and appearing in music videos produced by renowned labels including T-Series and Zee Music Company.
Apart from her achievements in entertainment, Shivanshi is also an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualified professional and has represented West Bengal in badminton, showcasing her versatility beyond the world of acting.
Having spent considerable time working in Odisha, Shivanshi has developed a strong connection with the state, its people, and its culture. Fluent in Odia, she has expressed her desire to build a long-term career in the Odia film industry and is reportedly already being considered for several upcoming projects.
In ‘Guruji Namaskar’, Shivanshi portrays the character of Padma, the wife of Guruji. The film presents a thought-provoking narrative focused on the challenges, shortcomings, and realities of the education system. Padma plays a crucial role in the story, standing firmly beside Guruji as he navigates the struggles and conflicts that drive the film’s narrative.
Beyond acting, Shivanshi is currently associated with a major cricket tournament broadcast as a sports presenter for Star Sports, balancing both entertainment and sports media careers.
